Twitter Members Program
This newly implemented program consists of three different phases in which Twitter will undergo for a duration of 2-3 weeks.
Phase 1|week 1
New Job positions
Congratulations to Tweeps who got promoted through this program. In addition, there will be Future Tweeps who will be joining the team. We will be actively recruiting new Tweeps, if any of our valued employees know capable people who would be a valuable asset to our company, please refer them to us
Pilot testing with a small team
As we move into the implementation of this program, we will be pilot testing with a small team. This is to ensure the quality that our services will provide and to smooth some bumps out.

The official release of this program will be announced once the pilot testing starts.
Shifts within the employees
There will be shifts within the company to accommodate the changes that this newly implemented program will bring.

However, we plan on staying true to our employees and ensure everyone's positions within the company. We do not plan on laying off any employee, for you are important to the success of this program.
Strategic Alliances/Partners
What does this program mean with the various partnerships and strategic alliances we have with ad agencies?

Phase 2|week 2
Membership System/Training
Once our employees are adjusting to the changes within our job force, we will be launching a subscription-based/loyalty program for our customers.
"Members Status"
System implemented to differentiate customers from high/low value for a specialized customer service.

Our current highest-paying customers will be offered the chance to join our Twitter Members program and have the first look at any new technology we possess, along with free trials runs of our own personalized ad services on Twitter. In addition, the first consultation is offered free for new customers.
Phase 3|week 3
Pilot Testing Initial Launch
Pilot testing begin with a small selection of higher end companies who are loyal customers and being offered the chance to join our Twitter Gold Program.
Soft launch
After the third week, the program should be fine-tuned and ready to be launched towards the rest of our customers. However, there are bound to be bumps within the system, therefore this is a soft launch towards mid-sized companies since there will be differences in customer relations from big corporations to mid-sized companies.
