Week 1:
What is your new job role?
You are now one of our very own AdTweeps. Your role on this team will be to research and analyze the best format and style of varying ad campaigns that are specialized to meet our customers' needs.

We are actively recruiting for new capable AdTweeps to join our team, if you have any acquaintances who fit the job description and meet our standards, please feel free to refer them.
How to deal with partnership intermediaries
With the launching of this program, we will no longer need to rely on our ad agencies partners for consulting. Since this is no longer a necessity for our company, we have chosen to let our partners go and move together into a new direction.

In doing so, we will be able to open new doors for a better future for Twitter.
Prospecting clients for initial launch
We will be launching this program with a pilot test centering around 20 companies. 3 companies will be assigned to each AdTweep member. We expect nothing but the best from our team and trust in you to provide excellent ad consultations.

As a reminder, this is a pilot test and we would greatly appreciate feedback on workload wise and other potential bumps in the road.
Week 2:
Membership Program
The membership program consists of three levels which we will be categorizing customers in. Twitter Gold, Twitter Silver, and Twitter Bronze are all indicators of customer loyalty and revenue. Benefits are properly distributed among the three levels and we aim to meet our every customer's needs.

Twitter Members: For our AdTweeps who will be serving Twitter members, please be mindful of their high status and work accordingly. We assure our customers of our high quality service and want to be true to that.
Gathering Data using Golden Questions
Golden Questions:
1. Do you prefer buying products from the manufacturer, or through third party companies?
- fills underlying need of feeling safe going to the company directly than trying to risk going through a third-party company.
2. When working on a project, would you be creative or going by the book to get the objective across?
- fills underlying need of freedom to be creative with the ads
3. Do you like collaborative projects?
- fills underlying need of working with Gold Employees to figure out the basics of how to use the Gold accounts.

During our pilot testing, we will be gathering data which would benefit us in revising and editing our current membership program. Therefore, please keep these golden questions in mind when working with our valued customers and we will be informed of whether this program is benefiting our customers.
Managing the CRM
CRM - customer relationship management, is our top priority for this program. We plan on establishing trust and loyalty among our customers and give back through the membership program benefits.

Consulting with customers requires several things. First, you must take into consideration that these are all high-end companies who bring in a lot of revenue. Take caution when consulting, however take pride in the fact that you are an AdTweep and capable of working with big companies.
Week 3:
Launching the program for pilot testing
Once we are done with training and prospecting, we will be ready by week three to launch the pilot test.

Through pilot testing, we will be able to see if there are any areas that will need additional fine-tuning before the actual launch of this program.
We hope that you will be extra careful when acting out the pilot testing and to make note of any glitches or bugs within the program.
Assigned companies to you
We have gained the interest of several companies. Like we have mentioned before, each AdTweep will be in charge of 3 different companies for the pilot test. After distributing the companies among our capable AdTweeps, we have determined that the 3 companies that you will be in charge are the following: Alaska Airlines, McDonald's, and General Motors.

From here, we will move forward together in terms of measurability and success.
